Outline Packs

Please read my Terms before purchasing.

Outlines are not to be tubed unless you hold a tube license. There are two options for tube licenses:

1. You can purchase a tube license through the member area sign-up form that will allow you to tube every outline pack on DBP. It is a site-wide tube license that allows you to tube member area outlines (if you have an active member area subscription) as well as any outline pack that you purchase.

2. Tube licenses are available for each individual outline pack and/or character. You are only allowed to tube the outline pack(s) that it was purchased for, which is specified on the license.
