You may safely delete this page if you do not wish to use it at all. Simply delete privacy.php from the main folder and the template file at /templates/privacy_page.html.

You can delete or edit the sidebar navigation link to this page in the /templates/wrapper.html template file. The link can easily be edited to point to your existing Privacy Policy Page, or deleted if you do not wish to have a Privacy Policy Page on your site.
